Jerry Rice Experiential Learning Opportunity
NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice inspired ISB students with his message of working hard and staying true to your passions during a student-led dialogue on November 15, 2014. Climate Activists
David Kroodsma and Lindsey Fransen California couple David Kroodsma and Lindsey Fransen spoke to ISB students about their cycling odyssey across Asia, which aims to raise awareness about the accelerating risks of climate change, during their visit to the school on October 29. The pair's Ride for Climate inspired students of various grades to help step up the fight against global warming. Through its ever-growing network of external partnerships, ISB gives students access to expertise from experts in diverse fields. KG-3 to Grade 12 Artist in Residence: Danny Gregory
ISB artist in residence Danny Gregory teaches students the value of creativity during his two-week visit to the school in September 2014. Mr. Gregory inspired with his creative lessons shared in student-led dialogues and art exhibition. One of his portrait even unearthed the artistic talent of an ISB cafeteria employee. |

Theatre Artists in Residence - MS and HS
Two world-renowned physical theater educators returned to ISB in September 2014 to share their expertise. Mark Hill, an experienced Australian stage performer and New York playwright and actress Megan Campisi created valuable learning opportunities for drama and English students from the middle school to International Baccalaureate diploma program.
